Maryvale is looking for the right priest for this new post that is going to be very important for the ongoing development of Maryvale for the future, to consolidate its position in the English-speaking world as an orthodox centre for Catholic formation to serve the new evangelisation.

Director of Academic Studies in Dogma

Maryvale Institute, an Ecclesiastical Institute of the Archdiocese of Birmingham (www.maryvale.ac.uk) seeks a Director of Academic Studies, preferably from Easter 2013.  The one appointed will be a priest with a specialism in dogma, possessing an STL and a Pontifical Doctorate (or one pending). He will work full-time at the Institute with responsibilities for teaching, curriculum and research.  A commitment to the Institute’s work of providing higher education distance-learning for lay people, religious and permanent deacons, as well as on-going formation for priests, is essential.
